These are the most common and essential dependencies from the former Pegasus Lot Exchange (PLEX) that are required to be installed for my custom content SC4 lots.
Dependencies are resource files that contain props, building models, and textures required to make in game lots function correctly. They should be installed into: Documents/Simcity 4/Plugins.
